Kyle Campbell

Kyle started his lacrosse career in the Howard County Lacrosse Program, where his father Kevin ran the program for well over a decade growing it into the program it is today.  He eventually played at lacrosse at both Loyola College, MD (1999) and Towson University (2001-2002). 

As a freshman, under HOF Coach Dave Cottle at Loyola, he joined a loaded team and was the 4th attackman, 2nd line midfield, and on the Man-Up unit.  This Loyola team went undefeated during the regular season and eventually lost in the quarterfinals to Syracuse, who would go on to win the championship.  Under HOF Coach Tony Seaman, he was a 2 year starter on attack, where he led the country in goals in 2001 earning All American Honors. 

While at Mt Hebron High School, he broke all of the major scoring records.  He was a two time High School All-American, two time ALL-Metro (Baltimore and DC Area), and two time County Player of the Year.  His senior year he won the Ensign C. Markland Kelly, Jr Memorial Award as the Most Outstanding Player High School Player in Maryland, he also won the High School North/South MVP award in 1998.  He would later be selected to the U19 Team USA that same year.  Coach Kyle has been around the sport for almost 40 years, has coached lacrosse at the Elite Club level, McDonogh School, Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University), and has extensive experience officiating at most levels of the game.  

Coach Kyle currently resides in Howard County with his wife and three boys.
